Luv Ranjan’s next starring Ranbir Kapoor and Ajay Devgn was announced way back but has witnessed multiple hurdles. The movie seems to be finally on track, and the search for the leading lady is on! Recently, after Deepika Padukone quashed the rumours of being roped in, now latest reports suggest Shraddha Kapoor has been approached!
A recent report by Filmfare reveals that Shraddha Kapoor who’s been high on success of Saaho and Chhhichhore has been approached to play Ranbir Kapoor’s lady. “Shraddha is in talks with Luv and makers are reportedly keen to have on board. She has not worked with Ranbir and Ajay before so the project got her really excited. She even met Ajay to discuss the film. If all works out well, they will make an official announcement soon,” reveals a source close to the development.
Well, if that is true, it will be interesting to see this fresh pair create some magic on the big screens.
Meanwhile, Shraddha will next be seen in Baaghi 3 opposite Tiger Shroff and Street Dancer 3D opposite Nora Fatehi and Varun Dhawan. While the former revives her after the spectacular performance in the first part of the franchise, the latter will witness her showcasing some amazing dance moves.
Ranbir Kapoor, on the other hand, will next be seen in Brahmastra opposite his lady love Alia Bhatt. The movie has been directed by Ayan Mukerji and also stars the Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan.
