The Sultan of Bollywood – Salman Khan is all set to launch his own chain of theaters after his name called Salman Talkies. He will launch this chain, in the interiors of Maharashtra during Diwali with the release of Shivaay and Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
Soon after the establishment in the interiors, he will extend the chains in Mumbai and Uttar Pradesh. This theaters will offer movie tickets with subsidized rates and even eatables at affordable prices to give cinegoers an enjoyable experience.
Salman’s spokesperson confirmed the development to Mumbai Mirror and said that the star strongly believes that ticket prices should be brought down. He wants to hit a 100 crore benchmark only with Rs 100 tickets and not with over priced tickets. “If we can’t touch that figure with this plan, we will try again with another film,” said his spokesperson to the leading daily.
Salman Khan is currently shooting for Kabir Khan’s Tubelight, which is scheduled to release in Eid 2017.
