The release date of Arjun Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer ‘Half Girlfriend‘ which was slated to release on 7th October 2016 has been postponed. The movie now will hit the screens on 19th May 2017.
Chetan Bhagat announced the new release date on his Twitter handle saying “Balaji Motion Pictures,Mohit Suri & Chetan Bhagat’s Half Girlfriend,starring Arjun Kapoor & Shraddha Kapoor slated to release 19th May 2017”
The movie will be based on the bestseller novel Half Girlfriend by Chetan Bhagat and Arjun Kapoor will be playing the character of a national-level basketball player, Madhav Jha in the film.
Half Girlfriend will be produced by Balaji Motion pictures, and will also feature Amy Jackson, Seema Biswas and Vikrant Massey in key roles.
