Buzz is that Alia Bhatt and Deepika Padukone are in the race to replace Kareena Kapoor Khan in the 4th installment of Golmaal series, starring Ajay Devgn in the lead.
Interetingly, when asked about the same, the actor stated that he had no idea about it.
During media interaction at the Shivaay trailer launch, when Ajay was asked about the same, he answered that, “I have heard the script but I don’t know the other details because I am tied up with Shivaay. Haven’t heard about this (Alia or Deepika in Golmaal 4) and I came to know from you about it. I have no idea.”
While Ajay is currently gearing up for Shivaay, Deepika will soon start Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Padmavati and Alia has upcoming projects like Badrinath Ki Dulhaniya, Aashiqui 3 and Dragon (Ayan Mukerji’s superhero film).
While Deepika has previously worked with Rohit Shetty on the much-successful film Chennai Express, he may cast her once again for Golmaal 4.
