Kabali collected $13 million (87 crores gross) at the overseas box office in 4 days (including paid previews). Whereas, in India, the movie made a total business of 109.25 crores nett.
The film’s gross India business cannot be calculated as the collections coming from Tamil Nadu is tax free, whereas, tax in states like Nizam/Andhra, Karnataka and Kerala is lower than most Hindi film regions.
Thus, it’s worldwide collections stand at an approx figure of whopping 196.25 crores.
